Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government (KPK) has developed a targeted Ramadan Relief Support Package 2026 to provide monetary assistance to over 1,000,000 qualifying households within the province. In 2026, the program has changed to allow for electronic cash payments, giving families the ability to purchase staple supplies, such as flour, sugar and cooking oil, based on their unique needs.

Using 8558, the provincial government has made it easier for you to check your eligibility for BISP by establishing a simple and efficient reservation system integrated with the Provincial Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) and the BISP database of records.
To check if you are “Eligible” (Ahal), you must first send an SMS to 8558 containing no dashes or spaces and have a 13-digit CNIC; then potentially receive an instant eligible status response. The alternative web portal option may also provide you the necessary eligibility status for the family of those receiving Rs. 12,500 in assistance from the Provincial Government now, determining whether or not you will receive payment.
Once you have received the final eligible status response, you can pick up your payment from Jazz Cash authorized locations, Bank of Khyber branches; or your designated biometric retail outlet.
